An Introduction to Female Neurodiversity
Join us for a comprehensive four-hour training course designed for students and staff in mental health and social care, ideal for anyone who is or plans to work with neurodiverse people, such as schools, nurseries, local authorities, universities and medical practices.

This course aims to raise awareness of the unique presentations and challenges faced by women and girls with autism and ADHD, addressing topics such as missed and misdiagnoses, different presentations, the impact of hormones, and the phenomenon of masking.
With no prerequisites required, this accessible training can be conducted either onsite or remotely, ensuring that all attendees can benefit. You will receive training materials / slides via email. This training is CPD Certified and you will receive a certificate following full attendance of the training.
This course is the perfection introduction to female neurodiversity and the implications this has for patients, staff, workplaces and wider society.

Refining Assessment Skills: Female Autism and ADHD Differences
This training course is designed for professional and experienced assessors who are looking to enhance their assessment skills with a focus on female-friendly approaches.
Participants will learn to recognise the unique presentations of ADHD and autism in females, including the critical concept of masking, where individuals may hide their symptoms. By honing these specialised skills, attendees will be better equipped to provide female friendly evaluations, ultimately leading to improved support for women facing these challenges.
We will go through the ADI-R, ACIA, ADOS-2, and DIVA-5 in depth and demonstrate how to assess and clinically interpret the findings with the female presentation in mind. Join us to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those you assess.
