Diagnostic Assessments

Our diagnostic assessments are comprehensive, gold-standard evaluations that help you understand your neurodivergence and access the support you need.

Autism Assessment

  • Includes ADI-R interview, ADOS-2 observation, and in-depth clinical evaluation

  • Explores developmental history, social communication, restricted/repetitive behaviours, sensory experiences, and strengths

  • Delivered remotely by female clinicians with lived experience of autism

  • Detailed written report with practical recommendations​

ADHD Assessment

  • Comprehensive evaluation using clinical interview, questionnaires, and relevant evidence

  • Explores attention, executive functioning, emotional regulation, and daily life impact

  • Detailed written report with guidance for support and accommodations​

Price: £1,800

Combined Autism & ADHD Assessment

  • Full assessment for individuals suspected of having both autism and ADHD

  • Integrates tools and observations for both conditions

  • Provides a holistic understanding of strengths, challenges, and support needs

Functional Assessments

​

A Functional Assessment explores how autism and/or ADHD affects daily life, routines, relationships, and wellbeing.

Included in Diagnostic Assessments

  • All our Autism, ADHD, or Combined Assessments include a Functional Assessment as standard

  • Assesses daily living, work/education, social functioning, emotional regulation, sensory needs, and strengths

  • Provides a detailed, personalised report with practical recommendations

  • Ensures your diagnosis is paired with a clear understanding of real-life impact

 

Standalone Functional Assessments

  • Available for individuals who already have a diagnosis but want a more detailed, practical, and actionable understanding

  • Ideal for those whose previous assessments were brief or lacked depth

  • Useful for professionals, including social workers, support coordinators, and educators, who need specific functional information

Who the standalone Functional Assessment is for:

  • Adults and young people with an existing diagnosis seeking clarity on daily functioning

  • Social workers or support coordinators needing detailed reports for care planning

  • Legal or tribunal purposes, including:

    • PIP or ESA applications/appeals

    • Tribunals or court proceedings requiring evidence of functional impact

    • Other legal or social care assessments where structured, impartial information is needed
